Micah Wagner, Realtor - GRI, GREEN
Having grown up in the family real estate business and the Hill Country of South Austin since I was four, I am an enthusiast of the backcountry rivers, lakes, hills, and ranches. I was no more than seven when I walked my first ranch property with my father, so it's no surprise that I have chosen real estate as my profession. I am a designated GRI Realtor giving me extended education and expertise in marketing, contracts, and brokerage, and I am also certified GREEN. I have a BA from Texas State University and I plan to continue my studies in search of an MBA.
My passions include guitar and song writing, literature, hiking, fishing and traveling. I have spent many extended periods outside the U.S. in places such as Puerto Rico, Mexico, Spain, Greece, Italy, and sailing the Carribbean on Outward Bounds sixty-four day leadership course.

I graduated from the University of Alaska in 1973, with a degree in Electronics and a minor in Photojournalism. My career has included positions as senior programmer, technical writer, and electronics service engineer with Stanford Research Institute, CX Corporation, Microdata, and McDonnell Douglas Corporation. In 1989 I created a terminal emulation program that marked the beginning of my own company, Carnation Software, and I recently started another business called Austin Panoramas.
I'm currently working with United Country Central Texas at the Big Red Barn in Driftwood innovating software solutions. In other words, I make it all work!
