Why Online Searches Are Not Enough
Country property, including homes and land,
is a unique market segment of real estate.
For many decades it has been largely
represented by a network of special brokers,
some being Realtors and some not and
has, from time to time, been referred to as
the 'good ole boy network'.
Fine country property, from the small ranchette
to the elegant country estate to the
sprawling ranch, is often not offered
through the area Muliple Listing Service (MLS).
Instead, a property is traded within this
long-established network of country property
brokers. While some properties are marketed
through traditional channels, others are posted
only on private web sites, and some never even
make it online, rather they're sold with just a
few "quiet phone calls".
At United Country Central Texas, my team and I
have over 45 years of focused experience in
country property, and are thus deeply woven into
the fabric of this Country Network. These
important relationships coupled with our
professional affiliations, such as the Texas
Alliance of Land Brokers and the regional Board
of Realtors, assures that you will
have access to the best country property, both
"on and off the radar".
